Yep back in the day when I was a kid living in NYC in the 80's, people used to sit outside the grocery store and sell them for pennies on the dollar. Food stamps used to look like big monopoly money, now it looks like a regular debit card, now the degenerates feel no shame at all. At least back then you had people who would give them the stink eye when they went to pay.
