If anything it'll just heighten the extremism. Bubba will be the big bad white guy looking to silence them, and it will further radicalize people that may not have been fully on Waller's script. That's how radical groups like them work, they thrive on appearing like a persecuted group. White supremacist groups follow the same script. Ignore them and they lose their power.
