13th is bad? well I guess it depends how many other DJ's are in that area.. if he's 13th outta 14th - that kinda sucks - but if he's 13th outta 45 - not too shabby.

Some areas aren't going to change depending on the population demographic spread... if Bubba does bad with +45 year olds - and Richmond is a retirement community - (I know that's probably not right but just sayin..) Then Bubba will never be able to do good there...

Fucking ratings are confusing and sketchy at best IMO
