I wouldn't be surprised if there's some shuffling sooner than later. I've been listening to enough radio to know that the only thing that's for sure is that nothing's for sure.

I figured it was almost a lock considering its a Beasley station and Calta made it his mission to shit on Stan and Haney a bunch last year when they were "competing" since 96.1 and 102.5 overlap a bit in SWFL. However, it doesn't surprise me as they've been on for a damn long time together and Beasley has never syndicated them at all. It makes sense for Bubba to go with the "easy and safe" route though with having no one else on the station for the time being.

In my car I get 96.1 all the way to the outskirts, not in tampa proper at all though. They've got a bit of a flamethrower for the station it is.

I agree. Since there's probably not many Bubba fans listening to their staton now anyway, it's not like it robs their listeners.

I think Stan and Haney vs. Drew could've been interesting but they don't seem to be headed in that direction.

I like 96.1 actually. I usually listen from 10-Noon. They just play too much FFDP

I think DGL is a much more well rounded show than IYF was. I catch it semi-regularly.
