No, he said he can't afford to pay someone $11/hr to screen calls. Even Tuddle addressed that he's not coming back for a while.

Morning Cap. Just started listening. Just caught the phone call.
|
$11 an hour is not bad for just screening calls. Except the whole dealing with Bubba part.

I guarantee there's more to the job than just screening calls. I'm sure he's got them working like slaves for that $11/hr.

If you want to hear quite possibly the saddest, most pathetic BTLS show, give the replay a listen.

So now he wants to monetize YouTube. Jesus, I can literally hear the ship sinking. This is beyond pathetic.

He is circling the drain very slowly, it's sad really.

I know many have predicted his demise before, but I really think this may be it.

wow, Jabberjaw is quitting again? To go back to the legal field, which she said prior she had zero interest in going back into. Looks like the haters were right again.

Bubba needs a Marci Turk. :jj:

"Drastic paycuts and new content delivery mechanisms." Yep, it's over.
|
Really, with how cheap Sirius XM is, if Bubba pretty much gave away the show for free they might take it.
Not sure where he fits in outside the Stern channels though.

If you thought Manson was on cruise control for the last 5 years, imagine what he's gonna be like now with that "Drastic paycut". :mansonlol:

Bubba thinks he's gonna be the next pew die pie.

I always thought they could simulcast him on Raw Dog since it's mostly canned comedy bits the rest of the time.
Anyway, later folks. :denzil:

How many more fucking chances do you need/deserve Sponge?
You've practically been on every legitimate channel in Tampa and literally fucked every one of those opportunities up. Give it up dude, it's over Johnny.

I have two questions for the folks here:
One - what is wrong with A.M. radio? Rush is on it. The sports' guys are on it. Sure, some of it boring trash, but the same could be said for F.M. Why the 'A.M.' hate?
Two - How many people does Bubba have employed now? Who is still an active cast member? Did he had any other new stooges to do his bidding?
|
am radio is the 8 track of radio

1) Bubba has said it himself a million times that A.M. radio is a joke.
2) No idea who's still employed. I do know Jabberjaw is leaving and he just hired Rob the old EP from Calta's show. Also Tuddle said his re-hiring is on hold. Oh yeah, the on air crew hasn't changed at all.

So since IO wasn't working this morning I decided to listen via 96K-Rock on Tunein. Much better experience. They play music at the breaks and you don't hear the same three terrible commercials over and over.

That's what I switched to since I can't get io at work.
But be prepared to hear the same 20 songs during the breaks. I hope you like REM.
