Probably. I have no idea, I've never been a 1099 before, but the guy said "I can't get a paycheck because I get S.S." So shouldn't he have balked at the first notice he would be getting a 1099, which is in essence a paycheck or at least proof of employment? Something is missing here for sure:idk:
