I'm still here, just had to avert another mini crisis. My wife rearranged some stepping stones in the back yard and by accident buried our A/C drain pipe and backed up our inside A/C drainage system and I was hearing a drip that was driving me crazy. Issue is fixed, no harm, no foul.
