Though, as a few of you have said before, we also have to consider the notion that this is all a work. Where is the profit in leaking a sex tape online for free? I don't care what Bubba says now, I still think Nick got fucked over on that incident with John. Nick was in the wrong obviously but there wasn't any need for jail time for what was an accident.

As for the tape from the jail Bubba keeps playing parts of, while Nick and Hogan both know better, when your son is sitting in a jail cell, you might say things that aren't 100% true just to make them feel better. Not defending Nick and Hulk but I understand where Hulk was coming from in that specific situation.

However, John not buckling up was still nick's responsibility as a driver. So you can say it's somewhat on John, but legally the driver is responsible for everything in the car except what is on any person.
