Let me ask you, I live local so would it make more sense for me to just go down there and ask for the refund in person? I gotta say outside of the brief emails you and I have gone back and forth with this is the worse customer service I have ever received.
I know you don't care, but the reason I'm asking for a refund is because I am fortunate enough to listen everyday from 6am until whenever I want to turn it off, so I have no need for the download feature (which is the only reason to subscribe) The thing that pisses me off the most (besides Tom Bean avoiding me) is that back in January, Bubba preached the "exclusivity" of IO, now that everything is free the exclusivity is out the window. Please let me know what step I should take next, because the whole "I'll make it top of mind to Tom Bean" gag isn't gonna work anymore...
