Not sure if this show airs in the states, but the general premise is - you get in a taxi and surprise - it's a game show while you take your cab ride... you get your answers right you win cash - you get three wrong you are kicked out of the cab... So I guess they were filming the other night and the Host/Driver hit a 61 year old pedestrian walking down the road. Bet you this will cost the cash cab some cash...

Seriously, yeah, they have this in NYC.

No, the producer was driving, not the host. What's really strange is that I watched this show last night...for the first time.

Didn't realize it was the producer driving the car. I see no charges were pending so it must have been ruled an accident...

oh sorry - I didn't know the american pastime tradition called american gladiators was back on TV...

as far as game shows go - cash cab kicks ass!
