Which makes me wonder,if Bush was still president would this story be a bit more of an issue among the "mainstream" media ?

im going to sound like a prick but here goes, when i was growing up our town got hit a few times by tornados, we didnt have FEMA it was insurance and friends and families that took care of those that lost houses

we really dont need FEMA, now i would be pissed if that letter came from the insurance company

You don't sound like a prick, WadeJordan. Actually, we don't need a LOT of shit the federal government has created over the years, and can't afford to pay for with our money anyway. FEMA is a great example of one of those constructs that is simply a money pit and could easily be abolished.

All that shit is coming down the pike. People will see...

Fema is a joke,my beef is with those letters and the fact that welfare checks and food stamps and
600 billion for foreign banks and bailouts for bullshit failing corporations went out no questions asked. But now the TAX payers who PAY for all those other things mentioned get fucked and its bullshit .


FEMA is a sinister organization if you go down the conspiracy route ,you can dig up real disturbing shit
about it.
